Hi all, 

I wanted to share with you around 150 videos that will hopefully help you out when you are stuck for ideas in sessions or simply want to learn a few more ideas. I am constantly adding to these and am always keen to get your ideas too so we can start to share good practice throughout the club. We have so many excellent, experienced coaches and we could really make a difference to each others coaching by sharing good ideas.
