The Old Pens Squash Club has re-opened it’s 2 courts for squash and racket ball as of Sunday 6th September.
Of course things aren’t the same as before and the new-normal includes all the Covid-19 measures you’d expect. However, it’s not all bad – we now have a new on-line court booking system and whilst for most, on-court play has to be socially distanced (“The 2m game”), members of extended households can play as normal. 1-on-1 coaching is also available and there is Team Squash, but obviously that is on hold at present.
Court access is limited to paid-up Squash Club members only (no guests), but with annual subs at £45 and courts only £1 + lights/heating, it’s the cheapest squash in south Wales.
