Bearing in mind the latest raft of Welsh Assembly measures the Committees of Old Penarthians RFC thought it appropriate to remind it's members of the COVID 19 protocols that need to be adhered to when using the Club and it's facilities:-

• For the safety of the Club, it's members and staff, members should not use the Clubs Facilities should they be exhibiting any form of COVID 19 Symptoms and should not use the premises within 14 days of a positive result.
• There is strict 2m social distancing in place. You will notice that most of the tables and chairs have been removed to allow 2m distancing. This will limit the numbers of members that will be allowed in the club at any one time. The patio area will be open but again with restricted numbers.
• Sanitizers are provided throughout the Club
• Only fully paid up members will be admitted. Membership will be checked on arrival. 
• Welsh Assembly Track & Trace Details (ie Name, address, phone no & email addresses) must be provided on entry.
• Entry & Exit to & From the Club will be via a one way system. Entry to the club will be via the lounge entrance and exit will be via the bar door.
• The Toilets will be open and only one person will be allowed to use them at a time.
• The Servery Areas will be limited to one section in the bar and one section in the lounge. 
• The Pool Table, Bandits and Juke Box are non-operational

We would also advise members that the premises are being cleaned & disinfected every day to confirm with current guidelines.
 
Payment can only be accepted by card, contactless would be preferred, strictly no cash. The minimum charge on the card has been suspended to make it easier for the members.
 
As a far as the Changing Rooms & Gym are concerned they remain closed until further notice. However, access to the changing room toilets is permitted whilst training is in progress. The Squash Courts are open for fully paid up Squash Members only and matches are NOT allowed. Only training is permitted whilst adhering to 2m distancing.
