With Wales International Rugby matches due to return to our screens at the end of this month and with Covid-19 restrictions reducing our capacity, it has become necessary to review how we manage attendance at the Club for these fixtures. Therefore, anyone wishing to attend the Club to watch the Wales v Scotland 6 Nations match on Saturday 31^st October 2020 (KO 2.15pm) will be required to register their interest.

Should the number of persons wishing to attend exceed our capacity of 52 (26 all seated in both the bar and lounge), a ballot will take place Sunday 25^th October and applicants informed the same day.

Such persons must be current, paid-up members of the Club and register their interest in person at the Club during opening hours on Friday or Saturday 16/17^th October or Friday or Saturday 23/24^th October. A £5 cash deposit will be required (food will be provided at half-time), together with your name and e-mail/mobile telephone number. Please note:

1. Applications must be made in person and are non-transferable – third-party or multiple applications will not be accepted.

2. Should a ballot be required and your application is unsuccessful, the £5 deposit is refundable.

3. Should a ballot be required and you are successful but you fail to attend, the £5 is non-refundable.

4. Due to the heavily restricted numbers, children are not eligible to apply/attend on this occasion.

Arrangements for subsequent fixtures will be reviewed following the Scotland game.
