Please be advised that applications are now invited for the forthcoming Wales international rugby matches to be played in Autumn 2016. 
 
As confirmed at the last Annual General Meeting of the RFC a new application process means that the Club will only apply to the WRU for tickets that are ordered and paid for by members by the closing date specified by the Union for Club ticket orders.
 
In this instance it means that if you require tickets for the matches detailed below you have to commit yourself to an order (with payment) before Saturday 30th July 2016
 
The Wales matches to be played in the Autumn series are as follows:
 
v           Australia              Saturday 5th November 2016                       kick off @ 2.30pm
v           Argentina            Saturday 12th November 2016                    kick off @ 5.30pm
v           Japan                   Saturday 19th November 2016                    kick off @ 2.30pm
v           South Africa       Saturday 26th November 2016                    kick off @ 5.30pm
 
The ticket prices for the games are as follows:
 
v              Australia                             £70,        £60 (£30)*       £40,       £25
v              Argentina                           £50,        £40 (£20)*,     £30,        £20
v              Japan                                   £35,        £20 (£10)*,
v              South Africa                      £70,        £60 (£30)*,      £40,        £25
 
The figures indicated (  )* are the prices for concessionary tickets for children who must be 16 and under on the day of the fixture
 
Orders for tickets should be made in writing to the Secretary, Tony Crimp, either at the clubhouse or to 14, Chantry Rise, Penarth, CF64 5RS or by email to anthony.crimp@arcadis.com
 
The order should clearly state the match, the number of tickets and the preferred price of the tickets. Cheques for the cost of the tickets should be made payable to ‘Old Penarthians RFC’.  Cash payments will also be accepted but should be handed to the Secretary in person.
 
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AN ORDER PLACED BY 30th JULY 2016 IS THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE TICKETS FOR THE WALES AUTUMN INTERNATIONAL MATCHES IN 2016.
 
The Club apologises for this change of application procedure but reminds members that the financial liability of ordering tickets without confirmed applications was considered to be onerous, and could lead to unsold tickets and therefore a cost to the club and ultimately the membership
